The project began by scouting safe flight locations and planning compositions that would capture both the fireworks and the surrounding Waikīkī skyline. Because fireworks only last a few minutes, careful timing and camera positioning were essential. During post-production, I emphasized the vibrant colors of the explosions while balancing exposure and preserving the surrounding city lights.
