Overview
Morning Brew is a playful animated short following a character whose morning coffee sends him into an exaggerated caffeine-fueled experience. Inspired by Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo, the project explored dramatic perspective shifts, frame-by-frame character animation, and parallax techniques to create an energetic visual sequence before ending with a humorous realization that decaf might be the better choice.

I completed every stage of production, including storyboarding, character design, environment design, and animation inside Toon Boom Harmony. After completing the animation, I recreated a Vertigo-inspired perspective effect in Adobe After Effects to enhance the exaggerated feeling of the character's caffeine rush.
